Chicken Shawarma

4 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 c olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp red pepper flakes (+/- based on preference)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp minced garlic
1.5-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 large onion, sliced
45 minutes

Combine lemon juice, olive oil,
Place chicken and sliced onions in stone baking dish. Cover with marinade and let marinade overnight in the fridge
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook chicken for 30 minutes (or until internal temperature is 165 degrees)
Serve with hummus and homemade naan or over rice.
