This is a super easy and quick bar that you can easily sub in whatever you have in your cupboards. I used craisins, but you could use chocolate chips, protein powder, coconut shavings, etc.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. On the stove top heat the peanut butter and honey until it is runny, stirring as it melts. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, salt, oats, rice crispies, and other mix ins. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it even. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
