Nut free granola

4 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
2/3 cup dried fruit
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment powder. Mix together oats, seeds, salt and cinnamon. Pour in wet ingredients and mix well. Spread granola on baking sheet evenly. Bake until golden (21-24 minutes) stirring halfway. Let granola cool completely, then top with dried fruit. Good in a sealed container at room temperature for 1-2 weeks :)

Nut free granola
"This was very good and not too sweet. I did a half recipe but didn't have any dried fruit. For my half recipe I baked 10 minutes, mixed, then baked 5 more minutes. I then sprinkled chocolate chips immediately instead of dried fruit. It was really good and my kid loved it."
