Banana pancakes (ideal for toddlers/ babies)

2 mashed bananas
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
15 minutes

This recipe is great for young kids or babies just starting to try new foods. It has very simple ingredients and is very easy to eat, so my two year old and seven month old both love it. Ive adapted it from a few online recipes so feel free to adjust/ change ratios or ingredients as needed or desired. Start by mashing two bananas really well. Add in 2 whole eggs followed by flour and baking powder. I use roughly 1/4 cup flour, but feel free to adjust based on how dense you line your pancake batter. You can also add in a bit of milk or vanilla extract if desired. Heat a skillet with butter and pour batter in desired pancake sizes. Cook on medium heat and flip when pancakes start to bubble. Can also add in blueberries, chocolate chips, chia seeds etc for more fun flavors.
Disclaimer: these pancakes definitely taste very banana heavy so are ideal for babies who like bland foods like bananas but might not be the favorite of an adult who is mute used to fluffy bread-y pancakes :)

Banana pancakes (ideal for toddlers/ babies)
"This recipe is a great base for your banana pancakes! I took the recommendation to add 1/2 tsp of vanilla. I also added a dash of salt and cinnamon and they turned out great. I ate more than my toddler :)"
