1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can corn
1 red bell pepper
1 large seedless cucumber
5 stalks of celery
1/2 cup of green onions
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider (or other) vinegar
20 minutes

This recipe is super flexible! Mix whatever vegetables/beans you have (using ingredients below for reference) in a large bowl. Make sure the crunch vegetables are finely chopping for an ideal chip dipping experience. Add in the dressing and mix together. Enjoy with your favorite chips. It’s best eaten within 1-2 days.
