Sourdough pancakes

1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp sea salt
1 cup milk
1 cup sourdough starter
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp cooking oil
10 minutes

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. If you cook the batter within a day your pancakes will be fluffy. If the batter sits in the fridge overnight your pancakes will be flatter.

Melt butter in your pan of choice and scoop batter into the warmed pan. Cooking for 1-3 minutes per side.

Eat immediately with berries, syrup, or topping of choice!
